Vacation is the word most families cherish and wait all year to fulfill. There are many places to visit, all around the globe, when it is time to vacation, that people will save all year to see. These families are most of the time made up of a husband, wife and two to three kids. Now I know what you’re thinking! Who is determining the vacation destination? Well, you’re correct, the kids are!
These Vacations are always planned with the kids in mind. In reality, they are planned to keep the kids happy and occupied. Parents lean on certain things to occupy their kid’s attention span when it comes to selecting the right hotel with the right amenities. A lot of the time parents look at the type of pool that the hotel has, whether there is a lifeguard on site and the extras that a pool may have. Trust me, while searching during the planning period, the hotel pool is very significant in the decision-making process.
So, what type of pool is does this hotel has? The first question that is asked as husband and wife sits to the kitchen table late at night planning months in advance. “Does this pool has a decent size patio area for tanning and relaxing?” Asked the wife. Is the pool an Olympic size pool, can it hold a good amount of people or will we be crowded, not being able to enjoy ourselves. Is there a life guard onsite, of course safety is very important and when kids are playing around a pool you can never be too careful? How creative was the pool contractors when the pool was designed, questioned asked by the husband as he looks for pool additions like a slide, waterfalls, or pool basketball.
These are common questions asked amongst husband and wife when planning for vacation or travel and choosing the right hotel. After confirming clean, safe rooms and free breakfast, pool amenities are the next most important topic and will have a factor in what hotel is booked. Memories last forever, therefore many families do their best to pre-plan travel to create great memories that can be passed on from one generation to the next.
